Processing time

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order.

Tracking

When your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If your selected shipping option includes tracking, the email will provide your tracking number.

We ship through Stallion Express, which partners with various couriers (UPS, USPS, Purolator, Canada Post, PostNL International, APC, and others) to deliver your package. Please note that it may take several days for the tracking link to display the first update due to the handoff between Stallion Express and the selected courier.

If you selected PostNL International, the final delivery will be handled by a local courier in your country, typically the national postal service (e.g., La Poste in France, Royal Mail in the UK, or Poste Italiane in Italy). You can continue tracking your order on the national courier’s website using the same tracking number provided by PostNL.

Delivery is managed by the courier selected at checkout (e.g. UniUni, Canada Post, UPS, or USPS).

International

If you selected PostNL International or APC, the final delivery will be handled by a local courier in your country, typically the national postal service (e.g., La Poste in France, Royal Mail in the UK, or Poste Italiane in Italy).

Pickup

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your package at a nearby post office for pick-up. Please ensure you collect it promptly, as post offices typically hold packages for a limited time before returning or disposing of them. Taxes & Duties

United States

Under the current legislations, shipments with a value up to $800 USD can be imported from Canada into the US free of duties and taxes. However, orders exceeding $800 USD may be subject to taxes and duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.

European Union

All goods imported into the EU are subject to VAT, regardless of their value.

  • Orders valued at €150 or less: We collect VAT at checkout and remit it through the IOSS scheme, ensuring you won’t incur additional taxes, duties, or custom fees upon delivery.

  • Orders valued at €150 or more: We aren't authorized to collect and remit VAT and duties on orders over €150. VAT, applicable duties, and custom fees are due when the goods arrive in the EU and are the responsibility of the customer.
