Returns

You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

US and Canada: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@phdoodleshop.com. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon reception and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the items returned. Please note that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. 

International: Our courier does not support returns from outside Canada and the US. However, you may return items at your own cost using your local postal services. To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@phdoodleshop.com and ship the items to the following address:

Upon reception and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the items returned. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

Exchanges

We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery so we can make things right. 

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will email you to let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, we will immediately issue a refund on your original payment method. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
