Shipping and delivery

I just placed an order, when will it ship?

All orders are carefully packaged and shipped from our warehouse in Montreal, Canada. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and ship your order. You will receive a shipping confirmation email once we ship your order.

How can I track my order?

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email. If your selected shipping option includes tracking, this email will provide your tracking number.

My tracking is not updating, what can I do? 

We ship through Stallion Express, which partners with various couriers (UPS, USPS, Purolator, Canada Post, PostNL International, APC, and others) to deliver your package.

As a result, it can take a few days for the tracking link to display the first update due to the handoff between Stallion Express and the selected courier.

My order was delivered but I cannot find the package. What should I do?

If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please reach out to our customer service at info@phdoodleshop.com for assistance.

An item in my order is missing or arrived damaged. What should I do?

If an item in your order is missing or arrived damaged, please reach out to our customer service within 30 days of delivery at info@phdoodleshop.com for assistance.

Returns and Exchanges

How can I return items?

You may request a return up to 30 days after receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

US and Canada: To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@phdoodleshop.com. If you are eligible for a return, we will send you a free return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Upon reception and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the items returned. Please note that the initial shipping costs will not be refunded. 

International: We do not support free returns from outside Canada and the US. However, you may return items at your own cost using your local postal services. To initiate a return, please send us an email at info@phdoodleshop.com and ship the items to the following address:

Upon reception and inspection of the returned item, we will issue a full refund for the items returned. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. 

How can I exchange items?

We currently do not offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and make a separate purchase for the new item.

Special requests

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We do not offer gift wrapping, but we can add a short gift note to your order. Simply write down your message in the "special instructions" box on the cart page right before checkout.

Is it possible to have your designs printed on different t-shirt or sweatshirt colors?

If you'd like one of our designs printed on a different colour t-shirt or sweatshirt, feel free to email us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your request!

Do you offer any discounts on large orders?

Yes, we do! Quantity discounts apply automatically to your cart once you reach the unit threshold. You can also mix and match different designs to reach the desired threshold.

Do you license your illustrations?

We offer illustration licensing to other corporations with pricing tiers that vary based on duration, intended use, and exclusivity.

Do you offer design services?

Yes, we have collaborated with several companies, including Promega, Merck, Mabtech, and ThermoFisher, to design and manufacture custom promotional merchandise such as vinyl stickers and enamel pins.

Do you offer social media services?

Yes, we have collaborated with several companies, including Mabtech and Proteintech, to launch promotional giveaways.
