Position Overview
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating engaging designs for a variety of promotional merchandise, including apparel, lab accessories, stationery, and more. The position is on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in both digital design and laboratory research, with a passion for creating designs that speak to the scientific community.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team to develop creative concepts for promotional merchandise tailored to biotech and laboratory science clients.
• Create high-quality designs for a variety of products, including t-shirts, mugs, notebooks, pins, and custom merchandise.
• Ensure all designs align with the client’s branding and messaging, while bringing a fresh, creative approach to each project.
• Work within established timelines and communicate progress on projects as needed.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a graphic designer, with a portfolio showcasing your skills in digital design.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a remote team.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Experience in the life sciences or familiarity with biotech/academic environments.
